PILOT ROASTER is a PC-based, fully automatic control for PROBAT industrial roasters. Its sensor technology greatly reduces the external influences on roasting such as batch size, green coffee moisture or temperature. It also ensures the highest level of reproducibility.
The advantages and characteristics of the PILOT ROASTER control are extensive. The PILOT ROASTER fully regulates and monitors the current and target temperatures as well as all other relevant roasting parameters. The roasting air temperature and quantities are adjusted independently if necessary. An automatic filling and emptying system simplifies the operational efforts at the beginning and end of production.
The Dialog, Fault Message and Process areas are shown on the screen in separate sections for a better overview. A product temperature curve visualizes the entire roasting process.
The control station stores all the data of the roasted coffee batches so that data can be recalled and evaluated if necessary. The history log ensures that the production process is smoothly documented. The extensive management of recipes with freely definable recipes ensures the convenient configuration of the machine to ensure not only reconfiguration to different roasting products but also a high degree of flexibility.
